I wasn't sure about chili extract in a lip product, but it gives a subtle warmth that actually makes the plumping feel noticeable without stinging. The shine is also really glassy without being sticky—lasts through my coffee.
The Manuka honey makes it feel so soothing on my lips, not sticky at all, and the plumping effect is noticeable after a few minutes. I've been reaching for it constantly since it arrived.
The chili extract gives just the right amount of tingle without being overwhelming, and my lips look noticeably fuller after about five minutes. I was skeptical about a plumping oil, but this one actually delivers on the bee-stung effect it promises.
